The alternate artwork by Akiko Stehrenberger, used in the hard to find international poster, is much more highly sought after due to the throwback image which is an homage to the horror posters of the 70's and 80's.
This poster ships rolled as issued and is in C8-C9 Excellent to Near Mint condition. The photo above is of the actual item you will receive. Please see for condition. It may shows signs of slight edge wear, slight handling, etc.
